Maybe it just isn't a very exciting constituency but I am struggling to come up with a good local issue that meets the criteria. Specifically that of candidates having a difference of opinion on it.
For example, two of the candidates mention budget cuts by the local council on their site, but both are (unsurprisingly) opposed. This falls down on two points - that its probably a borderline national issue, and the candidates don't differ in their opinions towards it. The other candidates don't even mention it on their sites, although even if they did I don't think they will have a different opinion.
