I have a few issues but I'm not quite sure if they're what's being looked for:do you think the student housing areas in Fallowfield and Rusholme affect community cohesion?did you support the congestion charge?do you think enough is being done to support cycling over car use?Bit confused by the idea that they should be contentious issues that divide the candidates, too-- how am I meant to know that when I don't know who the candidates are?

You can find out the candidates by searching, on your favourite search engine, for something like:

"Manchester Gorton prospective parliamentary candidates"

Which will return:

Hi there,

Yes, the first thing you have to do is indeed find the local candidates. Lucy's done a good job in suggesting some uses of Google, but can I also suggest that you check out the websites of some of the other biggest parties to see if they have candidates for your constituency?

The Green Party - http://ukpollingreport.co.uk/guide/green-candidates
UKIP - http://ukpollingreport.co.uk/guide/ukip-candidates

best,

Tom
