I confess that I don't have any obvious idea as to what issues are really local here that wouldn't be dealt with by the local councils. Maybe there are some issues about Finsbury Park area (by which I live) being poorly managed because it falls at the edge of several councils and I have some concerns about the development to the New River Path, but I'd be interested to know what other people think about really constituency local issues.
